Swati De has been serving as the Joint Managing Director and General Counsel at InterraIT, a global IT services company, since 1999. A degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, was earned by her, bringing with it a strong foundation in legal and strategic leadership. Prior experience in managing Human Resources functions at leading IT firms in Bangalore had been acquired by her before joining InterraIT.

The InterraIT Toastmasters Club—one of the first corporate Toastmasters clubs in India—was founded by her. She has been recognized as a Distinguished Toastmaster and was named National Champion in 2012. Keynote speeches at global leadership forums have been delivered by her, and several articles authored by her have been published in renowned legal and management journals.

At InterraIT, strategic direction continues to be shaped under her leadership, with global talent being aligned to deliver impactful business outcomes. A significant role is also played by her in fostering inclusive workplaces—she is currently serving as the Chairperson of the InterraIT POSH Internal Committees in Noida and Kolkata, and has been appointed as a member of the District POSH Local Complaints Committee.
