Sonam Sharma serves as Director (Strategy), overseeing the company’s overall strategic initiatives, planning, and execution. With over 11 years of experience in the Technology, IT, and Energy domains, she brings a strong track record in managing global clients, driving transformation projects, and leading high-impact strategic programs.

She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Prior to her current role, Sonam worked with Genpact and GAIL, where she played a pivotal role in delivering key business programs, fostering business development, managing stakeholders, and strengthening client partnerships.
