Role & Responsibilities:
The role entails carrying out the following key tasks:
· Create, manage, automate and support AWS Infrastructure for multiple clients
· Design and implement AWS infrastructure solutions on different AWS environments like dev, stage and prod.
· Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
· Work in a 24x7 support environment
· Troubleshoot, test and provide technical solutions to issues that may be reported
· Proactively monitor, assign and resolve tickets and Email alerts

Skill Requirements – Technical Skills
· B. Tech CS/ MCA from a reputed university
· Total work experience 6-9 years for Sr. ITOps engineers and 3-5 for Medium ITOps engineers
· 6-9 years experience as an AWS cloud administrator
· Possess extensive hands-on experience over Linux or Windows Operating System
· Good knowledge of scripting to automate operational tasks (PowerShell/Bash/ Python)
· AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate & Professional
· Excellent knowledge on managing AWS cloud services like EC2/ Security Groups/ VPC/ S3/ Route53/ CloudFront/ DynmoDB/ Load Balancer/ SNS/ CloudWatch etc.
· Extensive knowledge of web services like IIS/ Apache/ Tomcat/ Nginx and SSL Configuration and Troubleshooting
· Good Knowledge of security practices of AWS like WAF, IAM and GuardDuty for security hardening.
· Provision of a solution on AWS platform using an architectural design based on customer requirements
· Provide implementation guidance on AWS cloud based on best cloud practices
· Hands-on in deploying and managing applications and websites on AWS cloud
· Deep understanding of DNS services, issues and troubleshooting
· Good knowledge of CDN technology
· Basic understanding of networking (LAN/ WAN) concepts & technologies
· Good knowledge of web services (http/https) error codes
· Possess basic knowledge of SFTP
· Hands-on in monitoring and ticketing tools like Jira, Service Now or Solarwind
