Jyoti Dhama is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across Facility Management, General Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, and Recruitment. A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, she furthered her education with studies in Public Relations and Advertising, and holds an MBA in Human Resources and Operations. Her professional credentials also include certifications in ESG , Lean Six Sigma , ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and HR Mastery at IIT Delhi.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a deep passion for learning, Jyoti firmly believes that education has no age limit a philosophy that fuels her continuous personal and professional growth. She is known not only for her wide-ranging expertise but also for the infectious enthusiasm she brings to every role, viewing her work as a source of energy and inspiration.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Jyoti is dedicated to making a positive social impact. She actively supports the education of underprivileged children, volunteers at old age homes and school for the blind, and continuously encourages others to participate in community service. Her compassion and leadership were recognised with the “Salute to Women Power” award, presented by the Lions Club and other prominent NGO in Noida and political dignitaries , in honor of her outstanding contributions to society.
