Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical SME to lead and support enterprise-level initiatives in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Application Packaging & Deployment, and Persona-based Application Mapping. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless endpoint management and application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM solutions for device lifecycle management.
  • Lead application packaging (MSI, App-V, MSIX) and deployment strategies across diverse environments.
  • Develop and maintain persona-based application mapping to ensure tailored application delivery based on user roles and profiles.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align endpoint strategies with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application deployment, device enrollment, and configuration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Intune and SCCM administration and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in application packaging tools (AdminStudio, PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit, etc.).
  • Proven experience with persona-based application delivery models.
  • Deep understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with co-management scenarios (Intune + SCCM).
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104).
  • Experience with Azure AD, Autopilot, and Windows 365.
  • Familiarity with macOS or mobile device management (iOS & Android) is a plus.
