Aniruddha Guha Sarkar serves as InterraIT's Executive Vice President of Engineering, leading the company's offshore software engineering delivery. With nearly three decades of industry experience, including more than a decade in senior executive leadership, Aniruddha brings extensive expertise to the role. Prior to joining InterraIT in 2012, he spent over 20 years at Siemens, where he was a key founder of Siemens Information Systems Ltd. and later worked with Siemens IT Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. During his time at Siemens, Aniruddha participated in various international working groups and played a significant role in initiatives aimed at overcoming business challenges and improving delivery practices. Before joining Siemens, he worked at Bharat Heavy Electrical's Limited. Aniruddha holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bengal Engineering & Science University, Shibpur, which he received in 1982.

Dr. Ajoy K Bose, Founder & Chairman of the Board, InterraIT Inc. and Director InterraIT India, has over four decades of experience in software development and management. Beginning his professional career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, N.J, he was a department head when he left to join Cadence Design Systems. As the Vice-President of Engineering at Cadence, Dr. Bose was responsible for the product development of all Computer - Aided Engineering software tools. Before he set up Interra, he was Founder and President of Software & Technologies (now called Duet Technologies). He received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India.

Souvanik Sarkar serves as InterraIT's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leveraging over three decades of experience in the software industry. Before joining InterraIT, he spent nine years at Cadence Design Systems. Souvanik is a graduate of IIT Delhi, where he received his B.Tech, and holds an MS in Computer Science from Washington State University.

As President of InterraIT's North American Operations, Ranjan Guha brings over 35 years of domestic and international experience in the industry. He started his career at  HCL, where he was recognized as its  Best Sales Manager in 1987. He was also a key player with  HCL in opening its East Coast office. Among his customers were several marque Wall Street financial organizations and healthcare companies. Ranjan revitalized the West Coast operations and led it to achieve its highest-ever revenue in 2000. He joined InterraIT in 2003 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to President of North American Operations in 2005 after consistently driving significant revenue growth. He also served as the global President of e4e-Applistructure and Senior Vice President at Persistent Systems before re-joining InterraIT in 2008. Ranjan holds a Post Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing Management.
